The ONE daily tea blend

  • 1 part milky oat tops {purchase 4oz.}

  • 1 part stinging nettles {purchase 4oz.}

  • Blend the two together in a mason jar

  • Take 1 tsp. of dried herbs to 1 cup of water and cover

  • I like to do 3-4 tsp. of the herb in a mason jar, cover with hot boiling water{~3 cups}, and let steep overnight. 8+ hours

  • In the morning, strain and sip on cool.

  • Store any extra in the refrigerator and toss any extra away after 1-2 days.

  1. Where do I purchase my dried herbs?

  • You can steep it for 20 minutes to an hour and consume it then.

  • If you let it steep for 8 hours; it’s more medicinal

3. How many cups of tea do I drink a day?

  • 1-3 cups a day is fine.

4. How do I store the tea?

  • If you have extra tea, you don’t want to drink - you can store this in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.

  • You can reheat it if you want something warm, but I like to drink it cool.
