Feel strong, confident, and pain-free. Heal diastasis recti & stop incontinence -fast.
What is Pilates?
I bring over 17 years of teaching experience to each and every Private pilates session. You’ll discover how to connect to your core and pelvic floor with a one-on-one virtual Pilates session so you can feel strong and pain-free again!
- I’ve taught thousands of clients, instructors, and even Physical therapists how to teach the STOTT PILATES method. This combined with hours of Physical therapy and Postpartum training will bring you a complete workout to help restore your core and pelvic floor.
Who is this for?
Moms struggling with:
- diastasis recti
- incontinence/pelvic floor concerns
How much does it cost?
Each session is $85. Currently, I only have time @ 7:30 am on select days, due to the ever-changing homeschooling.

“My second pregnancy was much harder on my body than my first and in ways, I did not expect. Working with Tara has helped me to understand the full story of what my body has experienced and how it is knitting back together. I’m stronger and more centered in my core than ever before and amazed to see I can do exercises (and keep up with my kids!) that felt completely impossible just a few weeks ago. This has provided an essential foundation to help me heal from pregnancy and childbirth and get back to feeling strong and physically active.” Virginia Sole-Smith
“I am a licensed, full-scope midwife with a particular interest in issues of pelvic floor dysfunction. Before referring to my own clients, I took Tara’s Pelvic Pow-her course as an exercise in due diligence. I found Tara to be exceptionally knowledgeable, supportive, and positive. The brilliant thing about this course is that she shares so many different tools and techniques. She provides a clear framework so that each student can easily figure out which of these will work best and create an effective, individualized home program that will be perpetually useful. With complete confidence, I recommend this course to anyone who needs to address pelvic floor issues.”

Working with Tara over the past few years has been incredibly worthwhile and effective for all aspects of my physical conditioning, including muscle strength, stretching, and posture. She has a deep knowledge of the way human muscles work, both individually and with one another, as well as the way that they are connected to the skeletal system. That, together with her expertise in Pilates theory and practice, makes her an extraordinarily effective teacher and coach. She motivates her students with amazingly good-natured encouragement and knows when to push someone to the next level (and when to not do so). I have worked with a lot of trainers and conditioning teachers, and she is absolutely at the top of the list. DB
