Private Pilates sessions are the fastest way to progress. Private Pilates sessions are a tailored workout based on your goals, needs, and abilities. A certified Pilates instructor will work one on one with you for 55-minutes utilizing the Pilates equipment to increase your flexibility and strength, decrease your injuries and improve your balance.

We offer Small Group Equipment classes Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays for the more experienced client looking to tone and lengthen their body using a variety of Pilates equipment with three other participants. Sign up here.
