Pay what you can health consultations

Healing is multi-dimensional.  Along with reaching out for help from either a psychiatrist or art therapist, I personally have found a nutrient dense diet and use of botanicals; like adaptogens pulled me out of PPD.  If you are curious about how a health consultation can help you, please email me [email protected]
